What is the difference between the One Off Programme and monthly coaching plan?
The One Off Programme is a one week training plan tailored to your needs. It can be a plan of 2, 3 ,4 or 5 training days within that week (pricing may vary). This training plan only contains the one week training programme and a free consultation.
The monthly coaching plans take you from where you are currently to your desired goals over continuous months. In addition to the tailored programme and the free consultation, I will also accompany you during those monthly coaching plan and make sure you achieve your goals by checking your progress with your weekly, updating your programme weekly, giving you feedback and also nutritional advice if you wish. You also can contact me and schedule a WhatsApp call when you need. You can cancel the monthly plan from one month in advance.
What happens after I sign up for one of your programmes?
If you chose the monthly coaching packages, I will first schedule with a free consultation via WhatsApp with you. I will take note of your goals and what you want to achieve. I will also take into account how much free time you have and if you want to train in a gym or from home. I will then start planning your first week on the free app (Everfit). On this app, you will be able to see demonstration videos of your exercises and all the sets and reps as well as instructions. You will see a calendar and you will be able to click your training day and start your workout. Each workout contains a thorough mobility warm up and stretching at the end of your training. You can contact me when you want when you have any questions. You can send me videos of you performing the exercises and I will give you feedbacks. You can also ask me for a nutrition plan that I will do for free as part of your coaching plan. I will check in with you weekly to ask you how your training went and if you want to upgrade or scale down any exercises. The important is that you progress safely at your own pace and you enjoy your training.
For the One Off Programme, I will schedule with you a free consultation where I will ask you about your goals and your training level. I will then design a one week programme consisting in 2, 3, 4 or 5 training days (price may vary) depending on what you want. The One Off Programme should last you approximately 3 to 6 weeks before it might need an update and buy another one.

I want to train in a gym and use weight, will your programme be able to help me get stronger?
Absolutely, one of my background is Strength and Conditioning so I can coach you will weight training and barbell training. If you are new to lifting, I will first ask you, after you watched the demonstration on the app, to try the movements with a training stick or empty bar and send me a video of you performing the movement. This is to make sure that you can perform the movement safely as they can be very technical.
If you are more advanced or are already an athlete, I can help you improve your performance further by manipulating the reps and sets to your goals and combining lifts that go well together for your goals.
Being UKSCA UK Strength and Conditioning Coach Accredited, I can also coach you for Olympic weightlifting technique such as clean, clean and jerk or snatch.

I am a very busy worker, mum, or traveller and I have very little time to train and no equipment, will you be able to help me with one of your programmes?
Yes! Definitely! And efficient training plan doesn't have to be 2 hours long in a a gym 6 times a week. Unless, your goal is to be a professional powerlifter or weightlifter, you can absolutely reach your goals with very little time and zero equipment.
One of my speciality in addition to strength and conditioning is Calisthenics, which is basically a way of getting stronger through bodyweight exercises. Calisthenics is the art of using your own bodyweight to defy gravity. Your body doesn't recognise if you are using a barbell or your own bodyweight as long as the intensity is the same.
If your goal is fat loss, body re composition and stamina, the exercises I will give you will be more high reps and cardio based but I will always make sure you enjoy them and have fun with them!
If your goal is more strength or muscle gain, there will still be some cardio as it is an important part of training but the exercises will be lower reps and more intense in order to generate more adaption from your body. For example, the exercises might be progressions towards getting your first pistol squat or your first regular push up.
