FREE RESISTANCE BAND PROGRAMME

No gym? No problem!

​

Did you know that you could replicate any gym exercises and still get results with resistance bands. The body doesn't know the difference between the type of resistance you're using. Also, resistance bands have a greater resistance towards the end range of the movement which will maximise your results. 

​

Have you ever felt so overwhelmed in the gym that you don't know where to start?

Are you a busy worker or a busy mum who doesn't have time to train?
You don't need to train 2 hours a day for an effective workout. Just understanding simple things like muscle-mind connection will help you be present in your training. Between 20-40 mins of home training or gym training 3-4 times a week with intent and focus is more than enough to obtain great results
Have you tried training at home but were not sure what exercises to do?
TishK Fit teaches you to master your bodyweight and how to use gravity as a way to get stronger. Once you have the knowledge on how to train each muscle group with your bodyweight, you can train everywhere!
Are you traveling a lot but don't always have access to a well equipped gym?
One of the main philosophy of TishK Fit is adapting to our environment. If you look around yourself whether in nature or at home you can always find a bench, a big field, a sofa, a wall, a rock etc... Your muscles don't recognise whether you're using your own bodyweight, a rock or a gym barbell 
Do you want to start Calisthenics but feel too intimidated at the thought of pullups, handstands or pistol squats?
If you want to start running, you wouldn't start by doing a marathon? It's the same for Calisthenics. I will give you safe drills that will allow you to get started when learning the movement. For example, if you have never done a handstand, I will just make you start by doing some downward dog exercises. This won't be as intimidating as going straight into a handstand but will build you the strength and the foundation to progress into one later
